Limits and output

- Your actual size limit and retention period appear in the upload area for your account and current settings.
- Compression varies with images, fonts, and file structure; if the result is not smaller, the original file is returned instead.
How files are handled
Files are processed temporarily. A result requires your session and a time-limited signed link. You can delete it immediately, and automatic deletion follows the displayed retention period.
Common questions
Can you guarantee a target size?
No. The result depends on the document, so a fixed final size cannot be promised.
Are password-protected PDFs supported?
No. Remove protection from a file you are authorised to edit before uploading it.
